John Lou is Espos ito (geboren am 19. Mai 1940 in Brooklyn, New York City) ist Professor für Internationale Angelegenheiten und Islamische Studien an der Georgetown University. Er ist auch der Direktor des »Prinz Alwaleed Bin Talal Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding« an der Georgetown University.
